Values

SBSB prides itself on the promotion and encouragement of a business culture based upon quality customer service and the caring for, and fairness toward, its clients, customers, and employees.

The History of SBSB

SBSB was founded in 1967 by entrepreneur Francis R. Carroll. Everywhere he went Mr. Carroll saw that very small businesses needed legislative advocacy to get their voices heard, business knowledge to help their business grow, and access to to group health and dental insurance. From that grew the idea to pool these small companies into a national small business organization that would give them the clout and influence of a big business.

Today SBSB is a national membership organization serving the small business community—family businesses, home-based businesses, small companies, military veterans turned entrepreneurs, and the self-employed.
