Small Business Tax Cuts Take Center Stage

The White House recently proposed several new small business tax cuts, including the elimination of taxes on capital gains in some small business investments as well as a doubling of the amount entrepreneurs can deduct for start-up expenses. Meanwhile, Republican members of Congress have proposed a 20 percent tax cut for small businesses.
