    401(k) Plan Administrator


    Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Qualified Plan Administrator to join our team. You will prepare defined contribution/cafeteria plan documents and forms; perform non-discrimination testing, plan and participant reconciliations and process loan and hardship distributions.

    Experience / Education Requirements: Three + years of qualified plan recordkeeping and administration experience ideal. Candidate must be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills and proven initiative for independent problem solving.

    Accounting Manager


    Responsibilities: Manage Accounting/Processing team(s) and operations of insurance agency. Provide management support and advice to senior management team. Provide relevant and timely operation and financial analysis; identify and report on key performance indicators; and help prioritize management tasks consistent with defined strategy and plan objectives.

    Experience / Education Requirements: Experience / Education Requirements: MBA preferred or BA/BS degree in accounting and relevant experience, including management experience preferably in the insurance industry. Very strong analytical and proven problem solving skills are essential. Ability to comfortably interact with Sr. management and ability to generate clear and succinct presentations to them.     Responsibilities: Review, process, and bill designated Commonwealth Choice employer group e-sign and paper applications; ensuring application completeness, and all eligibility, policy and procedures, and premium requirements have been met. Direct responsibility for the generation of monthly deduction files and daily payment files for designated Commonwealth Choice employer groups. Additional direct responsibility for review and effective communication of failed employer eligibility files, ensuring that any failed file transmissions are corrected by the Commonwealth Choice employer group and resubmitted to Commonwealth Choice for processing.

    Group Health Insurance Billing Representative/Accounts Receivable


    Responsibilities: Do you have working knowledge of Group Health Insurance billing procedures? Do you like working in a busy, deadline driven environment? In this role you will be responsible for Lockbox management and daily cash receipt activities of group insurance accounts. You will ensure any payment discrepancies are resolved in an while creating and maintaining complete and accurate check register and membership database system notes pertinent to payment processing activities.

    Experience / Education Requirements: 4 year college degree At least 2 to 3 years accounts payable or receivable and bank transaction experience, preferably in an insurance setting. Working knowledge of insurance administrative procedures as they relate to premium rating, billing, and reporting practices Strong knowledge of billing financial concepts. Ability to work well in a team environment with firm deadlines, following directions completely and accurately. Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel; with general understanding of mainframes, microcomputers, and systems in order to represent the user staff

    Responsibilities: **This position is in our Plymouth, MN office.** Our inside wholesalers work with the financial advisors of a Fortune 20 company and provide a consultative approach to selling life insurance, long term care and disability insurances.

    Experience / Education Requirements: Your success is dependent on the ability to develop strong relationships, conduct needs assessments, prepare life illustrations, monitor applications, coordinate with case managers and underwriters, and actively work with multiple life insurance carriers to prescribe the best insurance product for your advisor’s client. Your ability to understand product, concept and the life insurance process will be key to in your ability to communicate such information easily to the financial advisor.

    Responsibilities: We are seeking a developer to join our team and help us to deploy Microsoft Dynamics within the financial services industry. This role is involved in design, development, testing, deployment & support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM & GP applications, as well as related products. Candidates must have prior experience working with one or more these Microsoft Dynamics products. This is a hands-on role that will involve: application configuration, workflow & complex dialog development, integration of 3rd party applications, development & integration of extensions, business process design & development, end user training & support, and more.

    Responsibilities: Interpret and enter data from incoming Insurance Carrier statements. Research and assist in the resolution of issues with insurance carriers, and other internal departments. Working schedule is Monday thru Friday 9 am until 2 pm. (25 hours per week).

    Experience / Education Requirements: Ability to understand and consistently interpret commission statements and data. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to take initiative and prioritize work. Must have good analytical and problem solving skills with strong numerical and computational aptitude.     QA Rep - entry level


    Responsibilities: **This role is is our San Diego, CA office.** Monitor and critique telephone applications that are completed by TeleSales Representatives for completeness and accuracy. Provide reporting and feedback to team managers/leaders as assigned. In limited cases, will develop and deliver team training based upon trending identified via QA reviews. Develop and update agent metric and scorecard reporting. Work hours are M-F 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

    Experience / Education Requirements: Two year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in the insurance industry as a quality assurance representative or related experience Knowledge of multiple insurance products Knowledge of medical terminology, especially pharmaceutical terms and medical conditions.

    Responsibilities: Working in our sales & service call center you will be assisting clients over the phone. Working hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

    Experience / Education Requirements: Must be comfortable in a call center environment making outbound calls. Multi-tasking skills, excellent communication and dependability a must! Candidates in this temporary position will be evaluated for regular, full time employment after 3-4 weeks of employment.
