    Call Center Representative


    Responsibilities: In our busy call center you will service clients who have obtained insurance & managed health care benefits through our organization. Inbound and outbound follow up calls required.

    Experience / Education Requirements: Candidates must have strong communication/telephone skills, and must be comfortable working on the computer. A background in health insurance is a plus! Prior call center experience is preferred. Mulit-lingual a PLUS!

    Customer Service Representative


    Responsibilities: Are you looking for work that is varied, exciting and keeps you on your toes? Do you have an insurance background? Do you enjoy speaking to customers by telephone? Are you the type of person who likes to resolve issues for clients? We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with the following skills to help service our Insurance broker and his clients.

    Experience / Education Requirements: • Prior telephone customer service experience in the insurance industry • Ability to respond to questions in a prompt and professional manner • Ability to work in a team atmosphere • Excellent organizational skills with ability to take initiative and prioritize work • Excellent communication skills Training is provided, as well as the support and resources you'll need to obtain your Massachusetts Life & Health license.

    Database Administrator-Oracle


    Responsibilities: We are seeking a Database Administrator to manage multiple Oracle environments. This role is responsible for end-to-end management of all Databases. Candidates must have prior hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA. Responsibilities include… • Oracle SW installation, configuration & support • DB monitoring • DB backups • System tuning • System security • Access controls & account maintenance • Instance refreshes • Code & data migrations • Stored procedure development • Capacity Planning • Reporting • Technical support of the development team

    Experience / Education Requirements: Requirements: • BA or BS, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science or MIS • 5+ years of Oracle DBA experience • On site support during normal business hours • Remote On Call support after hours as required to meet availability & delivery SLA’s • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions • Oracle DB Certification is a plus • Experience working within an ASP.NET environment is a plus • Experience with SQL Server is a plus • Experience with Data Warehousing is a plus • Experience with Oracle BI is a plus

    Responsibilities: Research, write and edit material relating to current healthcare policy development. Establish strong relationships across departments with an understanding of marketing strategy and operational capabilities. Must be able to consistently deliver high quality work with attention to detail and correct form.

    Responsibilities: We’re seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual to join our diversified Life Insurance Case Management team. In this position you will facilitate the processing of life insurance applications by communicating with clients, agents, and carriers.

    Experience / Education Requirements: Excellent follow up skills are essential to ensure prompt and accurate case completion. Superior telephone skills, prior customer service experience, multi-tasking in a fast paced environment, and the ability to obtain a Massachusetts Life & Health license are required.
