Employee Benefits Specialist - Customer Service Rep.

Responsibilities: We have a current need for an employee benefits representative who will be responsible for working directly with clients and brokers on setting up various employee benefit plans (specifically retirement and cafeteria plans). Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Answering telephone inquiries, drafting plan documents and supporting forms using Internet based tools, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects, improving profitability and customer/client retention by achieving production and quality standards established by the company.

Experience / Education Requirements: Must be a dependable, team oriented, organized person capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment with little supervision. This position requires strong computer (Excel), correspondence, communication and problem solving skills. Qualified candidate would be responsible for assisting agents, quoting, implementing, servicing and solving billing/claims issues.

Insurance Enrollment Reporting Representative

Responsibilities: Dependable and analytical individual needed to review, analyze, and reconcile enrollment and premium billing and collection data. Will also prepare and manage statistic ad hoc reports for management and other institutions. Assisting with any other enrollment duties as required necessary.

Experience / Education Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent, along with basic accounting experience required; preferably in an insurance environment, with 2 to 3 years accounting experience or similar work, excellent data entry, communication, and organization skills with strong ability to problem solve, in addition to the following: Ability to follow directions completely and accurately while adhering to defined monthly deadlines. Ability to work in a team atmosphere. Sound decision-making skills with ability to take initiative and prioritize work. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze and interpret data and problem solve. Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail are required. Basic accounting experience/knowledge required. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel is a MUST!

Manager, Operations & Network Support

Responsibilities: A dynamic individual is needed to manage activities within our Network, Operations, and TeleComm functions. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining network infrastructures; identifying computer, telephony and networking trends; managing vendor relationships; coordinating and delegating service requests; and applying technical knowledge to solve problems while cross training staff members. Hands-on position.

Experience / Education Requirements: Position requires B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent in experience, C.N.E., minimum five years of related experience, including minimum three years in supervisory role, and demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects. Extensive knowledge related to telephony, system security, accounting, and file maintenance also required.

Responsibilities: We’re seeking an experienced individual to identify and contact qualified leads, perform risk analysis, prepare quotations, deliver sales presentations, and close sales for commercial P&C products. Responsibilities include sales follow-up and development of ongoing client relationships.

Experience / Education Requirements: Qualified candidate will possess 3-5 years of solid agency Commercial customer service experience, & be proficient in all lines of business, including coverage, underwriting & rating. Leadership skills desired. Personal Lines & AMS system experience a plus!

Part time Commissions Processor

Responsibilities: Interpret and enter data from incoming Insurance Carrier statements. Research and assist in the resolution of issues with insurance carriers, and other internal departments. Working schedule is Monday thru Friday 8:00 am until 12 pm or 9 am until 1 pm. (20 hours per week).

Experience / Education Requirements: Ability to understand and consistently interpret commission statements and data. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to take initiative and prioritize work. Must have good analytical and problem solving skills with strong numerical and computational aptitude. PC Expertise with good knowledge of MS Word and Excel required. AS degree preferred.

Responsibilities: We’re seeking a part-time individual (20-24 hours/week) to process weekly payroll.

Responsibilities: We are seeking a Manager to lead our Web Development team. The team of 6 web developers performs design, development & support of ASP.NET web applications; presented both internally & externally. This position is responsible for all phases of the systems development lifecycle as web development projects are brought from concept to market. Candidates should be up-to-date on web development best practices, including information security. A strong technical aptitude, project management, and business systems analysis skills will be necessary to complement the Web Development team & support the business.
