Dental Plans*

Depending on the health plan you select, SBSB members have a choice of group dental plans including Delta Dental, CIGNA Dental Care and Dental Benefit Providers, Inc. Some SBSB-sponsored managed care health plans also provide dental coverage.

Vision Care Discounts

SBSB has teamed up with EyeBenefits to offer the Free Volume Discount Vision Program (VDVP), providing 20-30% off eye exams, frames, lenses, & contacts at 2,500 independent optometrists nationwide. In addition, SBSB members may enroll in the Expanded Discount Vision Program (EDVP) for deeper discounts of 20-55% at 10,000 locations nationwide, including Pearle Vision, Wal-Mart Stores, Target, EyeMaster, LASIK, online contacts and online prescription eyeglasses. PharmaCare Direct mail service pharmacy for maintenance drugs taken on a regular basis for a chronic or long-term medical condition. Free delivery to your home with this low-cost program. Most of the health insurance plans SBSB sponsors provide prescription drug coverage as well.

For a low annual fee, you, your children, your parents and your entire family take advantage of discount prices on brand name and generic prescription drugs conveniently delivered to your home by mail. Disability Income Protection
